SUMMARY: Kawasaki is an acute multisystemic disease affecting Predominantly. Children below 4 years of age. Having a Self- limited Course, it often Presents as Vasculitis. The Principal Complications are Stomatitis, conjunctivitis. Lymphadenopathy, Skin rashes as well as involvment of cardiovascular, alimentary and nervous system.
